An acknowledged anti-inflammatory property cardamom is also considered an ancient aphrodisiac.
Cardamom oil is a precious ingredient in food preparations, perfumery, health foods, medicines and beverages all over the world. India is a traditional exporter of cardamom to the Middle East.
